Your customer list is one of the most valuable things your business owns. Here is how we keep it that way. These are written commitments; if you want them confirmed under the company name, reply to your order email and we will send them signed.

1. Who owns the list?
You do, always. It lives in a platform account in your name (your GoHighLevel sub-account, or your Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign), and it exports to CSV at any time. We never copy it anywhere else.
2. Whose platform is it?
Yours. If you do not have one, we set up a GoHighLevel sub-account (₹2,784 a month) or the platform you prefer, in your name with your billing. We work inside it as a user you can remove.
3. What do sending costs come to?
Email is a fraction of a cent per message; US texts are roughly ₹1 per segment. They are billed by the platform at cost with no markup from us; a 2,000-contact list is a few hundred rupees a month for email and about ₹1,536 for one monthly text.
4. Do you send to purchased lists?
No. It gets your domain blacklisted and breaks CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR. We only send to people who opted in, and consent records are stored with each contact so you can prove it.
5. Who owns the templates and sequences?
You do. Every campaign, template and automation is built in your account and stays there when we leave, running or paused as you decide.
6. What happens when I cancel?
Remove our user from the platform. Nothing else changes: the list, sequences, templates and reports are all in your account. No exit fee, no minimum term.
