Buyer questions
Can callers tell it is AI?
It sounds natural, but we set it to say it is an assistant if asked and to hand over to a person on request. Being open about it builds trust and keeps you within the rules.
What happens if it cannot answer?
It takes a message or transfers the call to you, depending on the rule we set together, and sends you a summary straight away.
How is this different from AI SMS answering?
AI calling answers phone calls with a voice. AI SMS answering replies to text messages. Many businesses use both, and they share the same knowledge of your services.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes. Your number can forward to the agent when you are busy or after hours, so callers dial the same number as always.
What is an AI calling service?
An AI calling service uses intelligent voice agents to automate outbound calls, appointment booking, lead follow-ups, and customer reminders. It works 24/7, handles multiple calls simultaneously, and sounds natural — helping businesses scale their outreach without hiring additional staff.
How does AI calling differ from robocalls?
Unlike robocalls that play pre-recorded messages, AI calling agents use natural language processing to have real conversations. They understand responses, answer questions, handle objections, and can book appointments directly into your calendar — providing a human-like experience.
What types of businesses benefit from AI calling?
AI calling is ideal for service-based businesses, healthcare clinics, real estate agencies, insurance companies, and any business that needs to make high-volume outbound calls for appointment setting, lead qualification, or follow-ups.
Can the AI calling agent integrate with my CRM?
Yes. The agent runs on GoHighLevel, so call outcomes and appointments are saved in the GoHighLevel CRM automatically. We can pass them on to other CRMs, such as HubSpot, through Zapier or webhooks.

Your AI answering: your number, your registration, your call data
Anything that answers your phone or texts on your behalf needs to be in your name, not ours. Here is how it is set up. These are written commitments; if you want them confirmed under the company name, reply to your order email and we will send them signed.
Our prices: inbound AI voice agent ₹18,912 or inbound plus outbound ₹28,512, one-time; managed agent ₹9,600 a month. Call minutes and AI usage are billed at cost.
1. Who owns the phone number?
You do. The number is provisioned in a Twilio account in your name, or as a GoHighLevel LC Phone number inside your own sub-account, so it moves with you. If you already have a business number, it can be forwarded or ported; nothing is registered to Blogrator.
2. Whose name is on the texting registration?
Yours. US A2P 10DLC registration is filed under your legal business name and EIN, so carriers deliver your texts and the approval belongs to your business, not to us. Canadian numbers are set up on a verified toll-free or registered number in your name.
3. Where do the call recordings and conversations live?
In your account. Transcripts, recordings and contact records are stored in your GoHighLevel sub-account or Twilio account, and export at any time. We do not keep copies.
4. What are the usage costs?
Carrier and AI usage at cost, billed through the platform: US texts about ₹1 per segment, calls a few cents a minute, AI voice minutes at the provider's rate. We give you an estimate for your call volume before you order and pass costs through with no markup.
5. Is the AI compliant with texting rules?
Every automated text includes opt-out wording, quiet hours are enforced (8am–9pm local, stricter where state law requires), and consent is captured on your forms. We set this up; you stay responsible for what your business promises.
6. What happens when I cancel?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month; one-time builds are yours to keep. Your number, registration, contacts and recordings are all in your accounts, so removing our access is the only step. No exit fee.
